Getting checked in and out was quick and easy, and the location made it simple to reach transport, restaurants, and nearby attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well cared for. Staff were friendly, professional, and ready to help, especially Neha, who was so kind and attentive during my stay. She made everything feel more comfortable. I had a great visit and would happily stay again.

Divyang was so polite and helpful, and made sure our needs were handled promptly. His positive attitude made the stay nicer, and I really appreciated his support and professionalism. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the facilities were excellent and well maintained. It was a fantastic stay, and I’d gladly recommend the hotel to anyone wanting somewhere comfortable and welcoming.

The staff made my husband’s 60th birthday memorable. They decorated the room with balloons and rose petals, and he was given breakfast free on his birthday. Reception were always friendly and greeted us with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The hotel and large breakfast dining area were clean too, and there was plenty of breakfast to choose from. We had a quiet drink in the spacious bar and felt relaxed. The one thing I’d change is the amount of tea, coffee, and milk available. We had to queue while other guests were checking in just to ask for more. Maybe a self-service supply for rooms would help, though I know some people might make a mess or take too much. Still, we had a really great experience and will definitely return. Thanks!

We went to the Friday jazz evening at the Atrium bar and restaurant, not to stay at the hotel. The music was brilliant, the atmosphere was lovely, and the food was delicious. It was my fiancée’s birthday, and Fabiola, Tomas, and their team made it feel special. They gave us a table right in front of the band and were attentive, helpful, and pleasant throughout. Fabiola and Tomas also arranged a delicious dessert plate with a birthday message using her name, and asked the band to sing ‘Happy Birthday’ to her. What they did meant a lot to me, and I’m truly grateful. I’d highly recommend the experience and the team. Thank you all!

The room was spacious and clean, and the location was amazing, just a short walk from the tube. Staff were friendly, the breakfast was great, and having a 24-hour shop was handy. The restaurant felt a bit odd and had no atmosphere, but the food was pretty good.
