We had booked two nights, but left after the first because I was bitten during the night and there was a bedbug infestation. The room was extremely small and in the basement. Breakfast was served downstairs in a closed room, with almost nothing to eat. The hotel wouldn’t acknowledge the problem or offer a refund. This was unacceptable, and I strongly advise against staying here.

The hygiene in my basement room was deplorable, and there were bedbugs. Be very careful, I don’t recommend this hotel at all. The problem ruined our stay. Even though we supplied Booking.com with supporting photos, they still aren’t refunding us.

For a two- or three-day stay, it’s good value. Breakfast is really a complimentary service, but it was cramped and had a Tesco-quality feel. The room felt a bit cramped too, and breakfast gets very smelly.

The location is acceptable, but the rooms are small and don’t block sound. You can hear everyone walking around nearby, and kitchen food smells drift into the rooms.
