Prince Regent Excel

We booked Prince Regent Hotel at the last minute for my partner's Hyrox event at ExCeL, and I hadn't expected much. The service was some of the best I've had in London. We were warmly welcomed, shown where to park, and told we could leave the car there while we were at ExCeL, which was a huge relief. The room was spotless, the complimentary water was a nice touch, and the gentleman working the morning shift was just as kind and wished us luck at the event. The room also had all the useful bits, like a hairdryer, ironing board and iron, so there was no need to call reception. The beds were genuinely comfortable, with great mattresses. It's a city hotel on a main road, so there is some noise. I brought earplugs and slept perfectly. We'll stay here again whenever we visit ExCeL, without hesitation. Highly recommend.

For the price, this may be the best room I've had in London. It looks like the place has been renovated to a high standard recently. Getting to Canary Wharf was easy too, with about a 15 minute walk to the nearest train station. I enjoyed my stay.

A nice spot away from the main city, but not too far from the centre. I stayed for two nights and found the hotel clean, with cozy, comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and there around the clock. I'd definitely recommend it.

The free, secured car park was a big plus and made things feel hassle-free. Our one-night stay at Prince Regent Hotel was a great experience: the room was spotless and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the price was well within budget. Highly recommended.
