Our booking was canceled on the day we arrived, after a long, exhausting flight. We got to the hotel tired, with our luggage, and in the rain, only to be told it was supposedly because of a credit card problem. That made no sense since the booking said we’d pay at the hotel. It felt like they were covering for what was probably overbooking. Later, we got a notification blaming “natural disasters”, which was absurd and contradicted what we’d been told in person. The hotel’s response was unacceptable. They offered Wi-Fi and coffee so we could find another place ourselves, but didn’t help us arrange alternative accommodation or take responsibility. We were left stranded, stressed, exhausted and unsupported. The dishonesty, lack of professionalism and disregard for guests were shocking. Canceling a reservation when we arrived and giving inconsistent, misleading explanations is no way for a reputable hotel to operate. We’re furious about how we were treated and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Future guests should know their booking may not be honored even after a long journey.

The beds were comfortable, and the room, though small, had everything I needed. There’s a little TV with plenty of English channels, and the shared bathroom was clean and pleasant. It’s on a quiet street, about five minutes from the Eurostar and tube station. The staff were nice and kept my bags for free before and after my stay.

Ali at reception was really welcoming, and being able to leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out was a great bonus. The rooms were comfortable, the shared bathroom was very clean, and the place is perfectly located close to St. Pancras.

We found it cozy and peaceful, and the staff and service were lovely. Being so close to the station made getting around on our trip really easy. We had a great stay.

I was in a basement room, but it did have a window. You can hear noise if you leave it open. The heater worked well enough, and in autumn the temperature was comfortable. The room itself was cozy and close to St. Pancras Station. The shared bathroom was fine, especially the larger one, which was very nice and well equipped. They also let me leave my bags on checkout day.
