We found this gem at short notice. Dimitri was a superb host and nothing seemed too much trouble. The room was clean, comfortable and a reasonable size. Breakfast was a little disappointing, though the lovely dining room service helped put things right. We'd stay again.

This north London hotel was much better than I expected. I worried the nearby busy road might make it noisy, but the leafy side street was quiet and peaceful. The room was extremely clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the staff welcomed us and went out of their way to help. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back.

The room was cosy, but plenty big enough for the two of us. Everywhere was clean and tidy during our three-night stay. The staff were friendly and helped with directions, and the breakfast room ladies were attentive, kept cleaning and made sure the food stayed fresh.

There was a warm welcome, and the room was clean, warm and comfortable. The bathroom was extremely small, though it did have the bath I wanted. I couldn't stretch my legs out, and I'm only 5"2. I'm not sure it's worth £100 a night, but with the breakfast, location and everything else included, I'll come back.

For a 3 ⭐ hotel, the quality is what you'd expect: clean and bright, with a bit of a 'Premier Inn' feel. It's a short walk from Finsbury underground station, and the savings over nearby 4 ⭐ hotels made it worthwhile. Booking.com was easy to use, the owners confirmed by message, and I paid on arrival. It was a pleasant surprise and a new base for me in London. 😉👍🙏‼️
