The staff made my first trip to London more enjoyable. They gave us bottles of Red Wine for Christmas and New Year, and everyone, from the front desk to the kitchen ladies, was kind and helpful. I stayed for 15 days. My room and bathroom felt too small, but they were always neat and tidy. They also keep up with their fire drills. May God bless the staff and hotel. Bye from India.

I don't usually spend my time writing reviews, and this is my first one. Queen‘s Hotel touched my heart. I've traveled to quite a lot of countries and stayed in many kinds of hotels, mostly big-name brands. Queen's Hotel wasn't on my list at first, but I chose it for the location. The staff were so kind that I decided to stay longer. I'd been in several London hotels before this one, including much higher-grade places, and they were far less kind. That's sad for guests like me, because basic respect and kindness should be part of the job. Tourists in Europe, especially London, may know what I mean: many hotels don't treat guests like human beings. I'm not asking for anything special, just common sense. The staff and hoteliers at Queen's Hotel are professionally kind and friendly. They treat guests like real guests and sincerely care. When someone asks for help, they try to make it happen instead of turning them down from the start. You understand how precious that is in London. The facilities are a bit old-fashioned, but most other hotels and houses in London are in similar condition. As a long-term guest who isn't picky, I found the older facilities very well managed, with the place kept tidy and clean. I stayed comfortably and happily for a long vacation, without any significant inconvenience. In my personal opinion, the location is also great for getting around London's main tourist areas. Everything about Queen's Hotel, from its facilities to the staff's attitude, shows warm, human care for guests. Five stars don't feel like enough. I'd gladly give it fifty times more. Queen's Hotel was the best home for me in London. I'm a little worried readers might wonder about all these compliments, but I have no connection with the hotel. I'm just an ordinary tourist hoping to stay somewhere good and make memories that last a lifetime.

The rooms I stayed in were a little small, but the service was excellent. There are two tube stations close by and a big park opposite, which is nice if you enjoy walking. It's a great budget option.

Queens Hotel was a lovely, affordable place, clean and very quiet. The staff were friendly and reliable. I only slept there for one night, but felt great and was able to relax.

The staff were friendly, and the beds were comfortable, but the rooms were basic and could use some redecorating. It also felt expensive for what you got, and plugs near a mirror would help. The hotel next door seemed a little sketchy at night. All in all, our stay was just nice.
