Radisson Blu Edwardian Mercer Street Hotel London

The breakfast, included in our booking, was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. There was a cooked buffet and continental selection, plus fresh coffee from a bean-to-cup machine. The food was high quality and served at the right temperatures. The creamy scrambled eggs and range of cold meats deserve a special mention, and there were good options for carnivore or keto diets. After checkout, the hotel also kept our luggage at no extra cost while we visited nearby galleries. The hotel was quiet, clean, and very well maintained. Our room was spotless, and the blackout curtains worked well despite the busy area, so we slept extremely well. We were warmly welcomed by Helen, who showed us around and made sure the room suited our needs. They’d noticed my recent 50th birthday and left a chilled bottle of wine, mousse cake, and a handwritten card. A thoughtful touch. We were here for the theatre, just a three-minute walk from the heart of the West End. Trafalgar Square was about ten minutes away, with lots of different shops along the way. We’ll certainly return and highly recommend it for the West End and nearby areas.

Mable got breakfast off to a lovely start by greeting us and explaining how it worked. There was a good range of hot and cold food, including fresh fruit and different egg options. The green juice was a great way to start the morning. Mable suggested the fresh omelets and French toast, both of which were yummy. She and the rest of the staff were attentive and made sure we enjoyed breakfast. The front office staff were kind as well.

Sweet Lisa and Anna helped us at breakfast this morning, and they were just lovely. Yesterday Miriam gave us great service too. Everyone on the staff has been so helpful, friendly, and easy to talk to. We’ll definitely be back!

The staff were phenomenal with our family and our three-year-old daughter, and the location was great for shops, cafes, and restaurants. The breakfast spread had healthy choices that the whole family enjoyed. We were on the third floor, and the premium suite felt a little lacklustre.
