We had to pack up and move rooms three times during a four-night stay, which really disrupted our trip. The first room was tiny for the nightly rate, with a mouldy bathroom and drains that didn’t work properly. The second seemed better at first, but its bathroom leaked, the carpets were dirty, several plug points didn’t work, and there was no coffee machine. The third room smelled damp and unpleasant. The accommodation fell far short of expectations and value for money, and left me disappointed with Radisson after better experiences at its properties before. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it. The reception area was beautifully designed and the staff were friendly, and we appreciated being able to leave our bags after checkout, but those positives couldn’t make up for the rooms.

The room was really spacious and clean, with plenty of storage, and being right next to a tube station made getting around easy. Reception staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, and there was an excellent range of drinks and cocktails. I had a great stay and would definitely come back and recommend the hotel.

Joseph at the front desk and Marieta at Steak & Lobster made the service a highlight. Thanks to Joseph too, and I hope the band I recommended was your kind of music. I’d come back. The location is great, right by Warren Street station, with Tottenham Court Road also an easy walk away and offering more lines. The room was clean, though I’m not keen on full carpeting. It felt a little cool, but not uncomfortably so. The thermostat made the AC unit so loud that I left it alone. It’s an older hotel, with creaky floors and dated interiors, though the first floor was being refurbished, so hopefully the other floors will get updated too. One thing to know: traffic and emergency sirens from busy Tottenham Court Road carry into at least the lower floors. If you’re a light sleeper, ask for a room on the other side.

Barbara and William made our birthday stay feel personal from the start. They remembered us and why we were celebrating, and when we got to the room we found balloons and rose petals waiting. The complimentary drinks and breakfast were a lovely surprise too. Barbara was especially warm and attentive throughout, and both she and William saw us off like friends. They’re a real credit to the Radisson Blu brand. The hotel is right by the tube, which made exploring central London easy. The room was comfortable, breakfast had a great choice, and the French toast was especially good. Staff brought extra pillows straight up when we asked, and let us leave our luggage before check-in and after checkout, which made our city time easier. We stayed for our birthdays and it’s one of the most memorable hotel experiences we’ve had. Thanks to Barbara and William for making it so special. We’ll definitely be back.

We had two weeks here with very little stress, thanks in large part to the staff. William and the front desk team were superb, and the restaurant team was great too. Thanks, Eduardo. The hotel is being refurbished, so the older rooms aren’t the best, but that’s understandable.
