Radisson RED London Heathrow

We've stayed at Raddison twice and already booked a third visit. The hotel was clean and very nice, with a warm pool and lovely breakfast. Service was absolutely amazing. Catrinel was fabulous at check in, and special thanks to Iain Gold, the night supervisor, who went above and beyond to address our concerns and sort out our questions. Definitely recommend.

We paid TWENTY TWO pounds for parking, but getting a space was chaos. There wasn't one available when we arrived, and people had parked wherever they could. After driving around for 20 minutes, we were lucky to get a space when someone left. The early hours were noisy too. Doors kept slamming and people talked loudly outside our room, so we barely slept. Soft close doors and better soundproofing would help. Handy for catching an early flight, but after such a bad night's sleep, driving from home would've been better. A below average stay for a lot of money. We won't be back.

The third room finally worked out well, it was comfortable, quiet, and had a great shower. But the morning power cut meant we couldn't use the electric shower, and our phones hadn't fully charged. Before that, the first room smelled of cigarettes despite this being a non smoking hotel. The key card for the second room didn't work, and we could hear people already inside. The hotel was generally clean and fine for a pre flight night, but those problems are hard to overlook. I don't feel confident recommending it for a future stay, and don't think this was just bad luck.

Catrinel at the front desk made us feel so welcome. She upgraded our room, greeted us with a smile, and was friendly and helpful throughout. Her professionalism and warm manner made us feel well looked after. She went above and beyond and is a real asset to the hotel. Thanks, Catrinel, for making the stay special.
