Radisson RED London Twickenham

The huddle bar had a tasty menu with enough choice, even if it wasn't huge, and the prices were very reasonable for inside the M25. Our server Elodie was lovely and well deserved her service charge. The hotel is very comfortable, and the staff were pleasant and helpful, with a good understanding of what guests need and how things work. It seems to be under new management and has had a light refurb.

We split the food between two as a meal and found it delicious and really filling. We had oven roasted Chicken Tikka as a starter and grilled Chicken Skewers (MC). The huddle, the restaurant attached to the Radisson, had excellent service and atmosphere. It wasn't busy, but it could be a great addition when it's more connected with the hotel. I hear their pizzas are excellent too, and it's nice to have something different.

Every staff member I dealt with was warm, professional, and a pleasure to be around. Ujjwal, Pratiksha, Sushant, Simran, and Sabina made the stay especially enjoyable. The Huddle restaurant was outstanding, with one of the best lasagnes I've tried and a beautiful steak. Breakfast had lots of choice, fresh produce, and attentive table service. The chefs and staff were wonderful. I was there for three nights on a business trip and wished I'd stayed longer. The clean, modern rooms had great amenities. Guests can use the gym, pool, and spa for free. I went on my last night and found it very relaxing, with a lovely jacuzzi and several water fountains, plus a high quality sauna and steam room at a good temperature. Towels were provided. There's a bus stop just outside, a one minute walk away, which was handy for visiting Richmond and the surrounding area. One of the best hotels I've stayed in, and I'd highly recommend it.

The room was so spacious and fabulous, I felt thoroughly spoiled. The bed was lovely, the shower was great, and the coffee and biscuits were divine. I love when they include a biscuit with the coffee and tea.
