Renaissance London Heathrow

The breakfast was a highlight, with a wide range of options, and the food quality was very good. We stayed in an Executive Room with a runway view, which also gave us access to the Executive Lounge. Faris was professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, going out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Anifa at reception was friendly and efficient, making check-in smooth, and Mesley in the Executive Lounge was very welcoming too. The staff were all friendly and happy to help. I’d highly recommend the Renaissance Hotel Heathrow. A fantastic stay, five out of five.

Breakfast had a good selection, and special thanks to Jerson in the dining area. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was cozy, and the staff were helpful. The one downside was having only an overhead rain shower in the bath, which isn’t always ideal.

I wasn’t expecting such a warm welcome, and I’m so grateful. It was a birthday trip and, after I spoke with Lili at the front desk in advance, she and the staff really made it special. I was upgraded to a suite, with a lovely dessert waiting in the room. The room was amazing, and the runway views are unique, especially at one of the world’s largest airports. The lounge was pleasant too. I’m a Marriott Platinum Elite loyalist and stayed one night before flying out. I’d gladly stay again and recommend it.

The rooms were modern, very clean, and a good size. There’s also a spacious reception area where people can sit and relax, plus a coffee shop, restaurant, and gift shops. As a frequent Marriott guest, I had access to the Executive Lounge, where the complimentary wine and canapes were very nice. I travel for business a lot and have seen hotels at their best and worst. The Renaissance is definitely among the best. After visiting family in the UK, I stayed one night to avoid the hassle of getting to Heathrow for a morning flight. It was a great way to end the trip. For anyone with an early flight, swapping London traffic for a relaxed, comfortable stay makes booking a final night here well worth it.
