The rooms were modern, very clean, and well equipped. Breakfast had lots of choice, with quick and friendly service. Bianca served us promptly and was also really sweet and polite. The hotel is very good and in a lovely location, with many attractions within walking distance. Excellent bus connections also make it easy to get to Westminster.

The breakfast area was spotless and well cared for, with lots of fresh options for different tastes, all nicely presented. Ana Raluca made our mornings especially enjoyable. She was so friendly and attentive, checking in regularly to make sure we had what we needed. Her warm manner added a personal touch to our stay. The service was outstanding, and we’d definitely stay again.

We felt welcome throughout and would definitely come back. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed. The location made things convenient, close to main attractions and public transport. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. A wonderful stay, highly recommended.

I especially enjoyed the breakfast service. The staff were so kind and helpful, and Ana and Bianca were amazing, friendly, and always smiling. Their service made the mornings even better. Everything else was nice, clean, and well organised, with all the necessary amenities. The atmosphere felt comfortable and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend the hotel and would love to return.

We’re still in the middle of our stay at Residence Inn at Tower Bridge, and the experience has been second to none. The location is ideal, about 10 minutes from anything, yet far enough from the hustle and bustle of London. Breakfast can sometimes be hit or miss, but here it was amazing. Bianca, Nabila, and Rallica went above and beyond and were attentive to anything we needed. They really added to the breakfast experience. We’d return without hesitation. Thanks for making our London stay extra special.
