A great little find in the centre of Covent Garden, with a hard-to-beat location. Booking, check-in and getting into the apartment were easy through the app, and communication with the host, Ivan, was great. The beds were comfy, the showers were great, and the kitchen was well stocked. A great base for a short London break.

The beds were so comfortable, and the little extras were a nice touch. My wife especially liked the makeup mirror, and the SIM cards are a great idea for tourists. Checking in through the app was really easy, too. And the location in Covent Garden? Everything felt about 10 minutes away. We had a wonderful stay.

We were travelling with a toddler, buggy and large suitcase, and the apartment made the whole stay feel easy. It was spotless and had so many thoughtful extras: spices, coffee pods, milk and oat milk, good shower products, books, board games, toys, colouring supplies, a hair straightener, makeup mirror, galaxy lights, white noise machine and even earplugs. The kitchen, bathroom and rooms were just as shown in the photos, and everything was equipped with real attention to detail. Ivan was helpful and quick to reply from the start, which made our arrival smooth. The location was brilliant, between Covent Garden, Leicester Square, Charing Cross Station and Oxford Street, so we could walk around central London or get to major transport links with a short stroll or tube ride. We loved it, it was great value and a lovely stay.

We stayed four nights the week after Easter, and the apartment was bright, cozy and very well arranged for a family or two couples. We were on the second floor. There were lots of windows around the kitchen, dining table and sofa area, and everything was spotlessly clean. The details were a real surprise: plenty of dishes and cooking gear, a spice rack, tea, sugar, coffee capsules, milk and oat milk, plus a bottle of water. There were London guides, books, USB adapters and even children's toys and art supplies. The bathrooms had good quality towels and toiletries, and there was a hairdryer and straightener. The bedrooms had blackout curtains, sleep masks and earplugs, with a Lazy Night device in one and a star projector nightlight in the other. Getting in through the app was straightforward, and communication beforehand was responsive, clear, helpful and funny. The Piccadilly Line connects directly from Heathrow. Covent Garden, Leicester Square, Charing Cross Station and Chinatown are close by, and many Westminster sights and Oxford Street shops are about a 15-minute walk. It was handy being able to pop back during the day. There’s a pub downstairs, loads of restaurants nearby and a Tesco Express right across the street with long hours. A few things to know: the stairs are steep and narrow, so larger bags are a challenge. It’s lively late at night and early in the morning because of pubs and deliveries. Since it’s a historic building, the rooms don’t all warm evenly, so thick socks or slippers would be useful.
