We spent five nights at St Martins Lane Hotel and would happily return. The location is perfect for theatre trips: we saw shows most nights and could walk to almost all of them. There are lots of good restaurants and cafes nearby too. Our Deluxe King Room was spacious, bright, and comfortable, facing The Coliseum theatre with a standard view. We weren’t there for the view, to be fair. Staff were friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived. They arranged an extra duvet and the hard pillow I always request at hotels, which helped make a very comfortable, luxurious bed. The concierge team were great, especially Visa, who was always so friendly. There’s also a thoughtful free laundry service for up to three gym items a day, something you don’t often find in city hotels. The only small drawback for me was that the corridors were a bit too dark. Everything else felt warm, comfortable, and convenient.

The hotel is stylish, comfortable, and in a perfect location, but it’s the team that made the stay feel five-star. Vi, the manager, deserves special thanks for the leadership and attention to detail. Phil, the Bell Captain, set a high service standard, while Didar and Visar were friendly, efficient, and welcoming bellmen. Illidio and Jomar on concierge gave excellent recommendations and help with real warmth and professionalism. Maame and Veronica at reception were courteous, professional, and efficient, making check-in and every other interaction smooth. I had a wonderful stay at St Martins Lane Hotel and look forward to coming back.

The Indian dishes on the room service menu are some of the best I’ve had. Restaurant service from Thirag was exactly what you hope for in a hotel. Katerina in reservations was warm, welcoming and genuinely empathetic, and Andrew at reception was a star to deal with. He came through when I needed help, and I really enjoyed talking with him.

The reception team were lovely, and Dida was especially professional. Emma and Chris at the restaurant also gave us a warm welcome. The hotel itself is beautifully styled, modern, and right in central London, with everything walkable. Staff were polite, smiling and truly helpful. I’d happily choose it again soon and recommend it.

We booked through Chase, which included quite a few complimentary extras, and the breakfast service had plenty to offer. The staff were really friendly, and the location was very convenient. Even though it's right in the middle of everything, the room was surprisingly quiet. It was also very clean and well equipped.
