Stamford Bridge Hotel London

We spent three nights here visiting my parents, and Neal gave them excellent service. He’s an absolute legend. We were sad to leave. It’s ideal if you want the full Chelsea experience: you’re so close to the stadium you’re practically in it, yet you still have the peace and comfort you need. On match day there’s a good chance of seeing football legends around too. The Ascott Star Rewards hotel package was unbelievable value, but the price really was true.

The room was spacious and clean, and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming. It’s a convenient location, about a six-minute walk to the tube. My only complaints are that there aren’t enough charging points in the room, and the double beds are smaller than a standard double.

I’m staying here for the fifth time, and the service has been courteous and friendly on every visit. The rooms are spacious, attractive, and well equipped, and the location is excellent. Being close to the stadium adds a nice extra to the stay. A London hotel I’d happily recommend.

The rooms were genuinely excellent: spacious, clean, with a modern bathroom and lovely décor. Breakfast was decent too, and I’d stay again to watch Chelsea matches 💙. The hotel is beautiful and very well located, about an eight-minute walk from Fulham Broadway Station, perfect for seeing the greatest club in the world, the Blues 💙. There were two problems, though. Reception and the newly renovated rooms are in separate buildings. Since it was my first stay, I checked in and took the escalator up with our luggage before learning our room was elsewhere. I asked for help getting the bags there, but was told nobody was available. That surprised me at a 4-star hotel. On the way back down, the narrow escalator and large suitcases made things difficult, and my wife slipped and hurt her leg. Luggage assistance could have prevented that. Also, one elevator repeatedly didn’t work properly, so we had to call someone to fix it several times.
