I booked this apartment months ahead for my birthday. All morning I tried calling customer service for entry details and got no response. Then, an hour before the agreed early check-in, I was emailed that I couldn’t access the property and my booking was being cancelled. That’s disgusting, and it’s made me lose faith in customer service trading standards. They called asking me to cancel from my side so they could issue a refund. Please don’t trust that. It feels like a scam and a complete false misrepresentation. They later said they wouldn’t refund me, despite having promised one and leaving me with significant financial and emotional hardship on my birthday. I’ll take the complaint further. If you’re looking for a place to stay and read this, avoid booking this apartment at all costs. This isn’t a fake review. I’ve attached my booking confirmation 😚. I’d consider taking down our reviews if I got a refund, but you’ve been unreasonable from the start, so I think other potential customers should know. Your loss, love x.

There were ten of us on the booking for two apartments, and we were verified for this arrangement. These are not fake reviews. The company says there’s no booking under my name, probably because you had my friend cancel it “to get the full refund.” We’re taking this further. Scamming company! We booked the apartments months in advance. We requested and paid for early check-in a month ahead, and they said confirmation would come a week before the date. That seemed understandable. Then they asked us all to complete an ID check, which we did, and a few days later confirmed by email that everything was fine. On the morning of the booking, they said only one apartment would be ready early, which was okay with us. But they kept pushing the check-in time later. We were on a long drive and tried to reach them because we didn’t know what was happening. By then we didn’t even need early check-in anymore. At 1pm, when we were meant to check in, they weren’t answering calls. Then they said both apartments were cancelled. Their representative called and said we had to cancel through booking.com right away to get a full refund. We were already stressed, trying to find somewhere else while on a long drive, so we did what she said to make sure we’d get our money back. Now they’re refusing the refund. We were basically stranded on the day, and the company has no respect for customers if it won’t even refund two apartments. The service was extremely unprofessional and caused a lot of unnecessary stress and expense. It’s an absolute scam of a company. I’d strongly advise others to avoid booking with them. They’re unreliable and dishonest about cancellations and refunds.

The response times are pathetic, the service is a joke, and the dishonesty is unbelievable. They cancelled my reservation two hours before check-in, then promised me a full refund, but now claim the booking is non-refundable. I booked for my birthday and am £200 out of pocket because of their incompetence. They told me on the phone to cancel it myself and said they’d process the refund, even though they’d already emailed that they had cancelled it. They tricked me into cancelling from my end so they could avoid paying me anything. The customer service team is infuriating. This place is an absolute scam. If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely disgraceful.

They cancelled our stay on the morning we were due to arrive, then made us cancel so they could avoid refunding nearly £1000 we’d paid for two apartments. It completely ruined what was meant to be a very special trip. Scammers! Do not book. This is not a fake review. Our rooms were booked under my friend’s name, so they wouldn’t find me in their system. They even replied to her review pretending they couldn’t find her name. Lying to make themselves look good makes this worse. We’re taking it further. I attached photos as proof so they can’t tell other people we’re lying 😊.
