Templeton Place by Supercity Aparthotels

We really enjoyed the apartment. It was spotless, everything was new and fresh, and all the equipment worked perfectly. It had everything we needed and more, with strong, reliable Wi-Fi. The neighborhood was beautiful and felt very safe, with the metro nearby. Staff were friendly, discreet, and there when needed. When we called once about rubbish, it was collected promptly. A £100 deposit was taken for possible damage and returned to our card just a couple of hours after checkout. There was a small shared outdoor area with tables where you could relax and smoke. As a smoker, I appreciated having a quiet spot under the trees for an evening cigarette. We also had a lovely view from the window, and the air conditioner was a lifesaver during the heatwave. A few minor drawbacks: in the one-bedroom apartments there's no door between the bedroom and living area. I'm an early riser and make noise in the kitchen while my partner is still asleep, so a door would've given us some privacy. The soundproofing could be better, since we could hear neighbors showering or coughing through the walls. It wasn't a major problem, and although the mattress sagged a little on one side, making a small dip, that wasn't critical either.

The garden is beautiful, a lovely spot to have a drink and chat with loved ones, and the pina colada’s are so good. Customer service was 10/10, especially nina, who was really kind and helpful. Our twin room felt a bit small, but we upgraded and the new room was perfect. Getting around was easy since the hotel is next to earl court station. I'd recommend staying here if you're visiting london.

We spent six weeks here and had an amazing experience. The rooms are well equipped, and the crew were lovely, fun to be around, and supportive. Amin and Gonzalo welcomed us at check-in and were the first people we met in the UK. They made us feel at home. Joseph, the cleaning ladies, and everyone else on the crew were great too, always eager to help. The place is in a very convenient area, right by earl's court underground station, bus lines, restaurants, a drugstore, and groceries. You can count on a warm welcome here.

The area around the apartment was quiet and cozy, with a short walk to Earls Court tube station, grocers, and several halal food outlets. Inside, the room was clean and pleasant, and the kitchen was well equipped. There was a washer-dryer tumbler machine in the room, which made doing laundry very handy. The building has an elevator. The front desk staff were always helpful and could store luggage if you arrived before check-in or needed to wait for transport after checkout. Just be aware that there are a few flights of stairs before the entrance door, which could be tricky with big luggage.
