Pimlico felt peaceful and charming after a busy day in London, and it was easy to get to Westminster, the West End, theaters, markets, and other major sights on foot or with a short Tube ride. The central location didn’t stop the room from being quiet and restful. It was clean, comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and well maintained, with an excellent bed and a powerful, hot shower. The staff were welcoming and professional throughout, from reception and housekeeping to check-in and check-out. They were helpful without hovering. I also liked the modern, stylish but relaxed feel of The Belgrave, which struck a nice balance between boutique charm and practical comfort. My stay was smooth and stress-free, and I’d happily recommend it and come back.

The hotel is quiet, and I never heard outside noise or other guests through the walls. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and having a lift is a real plus around this part of town. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast. The Indian man on the overnight reception shift was great too. It’s near Victoria Station, and I’ve stayed at a few places nearby. I enjoy visiting London and will stay here again.

I could hear every step from nearby rooms, even though they claim the rooms are soundproof. The room was far too small, with a tiny closet and nowhere to put my things. The location is good, breakfast was good, and the staff were good. This definitely doesn’t feel like a 4-star hotel.

We booked the smallest standard room, and it was smaller than we’re used to, though there was still enough room for our luggage. The bathroom was spacious and well maintained. Everything was very clean, the hotel was quiet and well kept, and the staff were friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We were glad we followed our family’s recommendation. The hotel is accommodating and well located, with clean rooms of a decent size and robes. Ours faced the street, which was quiet at night except on the weekend. There’s a lift for the upper floors and the lower-level breakfast area. Pimlico station is an easy walk, and we could walk to Victoria too. There are good local restaurants nearby. We’d stay again.
