We were upgraded to a Mini Suite, and it was immaculate, comfortable, and finished to a really high standard. The food was excellent too, and the hotel felt refined while still being welcoming. The staff were kind, professional, and easy to talk to. The front-of-house team spent time with us, and Daniel the concierge gave us a tour and pointed out some important architectural details. For my husband’s birthday, the team brought a small cake and card. He also enjoyed chatting with the Italian staff members while learning Italian. The Cadogan Hotel is one of the finest hotels we’ve experienced in London. A remarkable stay, and highly recommended.

The location worked perfectly for my meetings, with shops and restaurants easy to reach. What stood out most was the attention from the team: they remembered our names from the first day, and the concierge was warm and incredibly helpful. We also found wine, desserts, and small bites waiting as thoughtful nightly treats. It’s a very well-sized hotel where the staff understand how much attentive service matters. Highly recommend.

At last, after years of trying to find the right London hotel, I’ve found it. The area is central and safe, the food is fabulous, and the rooms are both lovely and practical, with comfortable beds and good lighting. The whole place is clean, elegant, and cozy, and everyone working there is kind and professional. I couldn’t ask for anything better.

We loved every minute, especially the warm, friendly team. Our cocktails downstairs were delicious, and breakfast was outstanding. It was just a one-night stay, but we slept wonderfully, with no noise at all. Champagne and nibbles were a lovely touch.

The Cadogan’s central location made sightseeing easy, and the hotel was quiet and comfortable. We had a corner room looking out over the street and Cadogan Gardens, and slept really well. Our daughter found a teddy on her bed, and we were greeted with a thoughtful anniversary cake and bottle of sparkling wine. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Dinner was superb, with every course delicious, and breakfast was excellent too. A relaxing, wonderful family stay. We’d highly recommend it.
