I've stayed here several times over the past couple of months, and every room has been immaculate and comfortable. The food is incredible, and the staff have all been so helpful and lovely. The location is amazing, and this hotel is a real gem in Blackheath. I've heard rumours it may be converted into flats, and I genuinely think it would be a shame to lose it. Thank you to every staff member who made our stays so comfortable.

The food was outstanding, portions were generous, and the staff and location were equally good. Buses stop right outside, while the trains are a little farther away. It's an older hotel with a quaint feel that newer places don't have. I would have given five stars if not for doors in many rooms that don't fit properly and have to be slammed shut, which isn't great for people coming back late. The bedroom Wi-Fi was also very intermittent and kept crashing.

We had a lovely two-night stay at The Clarendon Hotel. The staff made the experience for me: everyone was friendly and helpful, and they let us leave our car in the car park after checkout so we could spend longer exploring nearby. The rooms were clean and decent, and breakfast had lots of choice. A wonderful stay.

A relaxed, comfortable atmosphere, attentive and professional staff, and plenty of good pubs and restaurants nearby made this a lovely stay. The hotel has classic character along with modern comfort and old-fashioned service values. A real gem, and a welcome change from generic, impersonal chain hotels.

After a good night's sleep in our warm room, we had a delicious breakfast. We'd spent the evening before relaxing in the comfortable lounge with drinks and snacks, and there were games available if we wanted them. The room was fresh, clean, and more than comfortable, with a lovely shower room in the suite. Best of all, all five of us fitted in at last. We had a great stay at The Clarendon Hotel with our daughters. The staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful, and we're looking forward to coming back. Merry Christmas!
