The Henrietta Hotel

The in-room coffee was delicious, and there was fresh milk in the fridge. Breakfast was a nice extra, though I wouldn't say it's a must. For a week's stay, I'd choose one of the larger rooms next time. The staff were friendly and accommodating, getting a room ready early after our red-eye flight and arranging early-morning transport to the airport. Covent Garden was a perfect base, with shops, restaurants, cafes, and buses and the Tube all within an easy walk. We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to return.

I really enjoyed my room and the stay, and I'm already looking forward to coming back with my husband. What stood out most was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. The location also makes it easy to reach many parts of the West End, with two Underground stations nearby and convenient connections around London. It was my first visit to Henrietta’s experimental income and garden, and I found it a very appealing place to return to.

We got there before the room was ready, so the woman at the desk stored our bags and brought them up once it was available. That meant we could head out and explore straight away. The hotel was very clean, the staff were helpful, and the location puts you right in Covent Garden. I loved my stay and would definitely recommend it. I'll stay here again.

This is my usual place to stay in London. The rooms are small, but they're clean and quiet, and the staff are friendly and very helpful. I just wish there were dresser drawers. On vacation, I like to unpack instead of living out of my suitcase.
