The Lincoln Suites

Jami and Antonio really stood out during my stay. They were warm, professional and attentive, and went out of their way to help with whatever I needed. Their friendliness and care made me feel valued. The room was spotless, quiet and well equipped, and the hotel had a calm, refined feel that was welcome after busy days in London. The staff consistently showed a high standard of hospitality. From arrival, everything at Lincoln Suite Hotel was smooth and welcoming. It was beautifully maintained and well placed for getting around the city. I had a wonderful stay last week.

The location is the main reason to choose this accommodation. Holborn Underground Station is within walking distance, even with luggage. Staff did their jobs, but they tended to keep their heads down when guests came in and weren't very friendly. My room was hot and stuffy on arrival. I tried the air conditioning's cool setting, then learned management controls room temperatures centrally. The solution offered was to sign a disclaimer so they could unlock the window, which only opens a little. The air conditioning advertised on booking.com effectively meant opening that window, letting in traffic and city noise in central London. Staff said the disclaimer was because birds had entered rooms. That wasn't satisfactory given the room cost, and it felt like a cost-cutting measure around the air conditioning. Be aware.

Lincoln Suites is centrally located, with everything within walking distance, and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting London. The rooms were immaculately kept and had all the facilities we needed. My husband and I stayed four nights. From the moment we arrived, the staff were polite, understanding and accommodating. Everyone was friendly and happy to help with information. Esrat was especially attentive throughout our stay.

The suites felt more like a home away from home than a typical hotel room. They were modern, spacious and beautifully designed, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. My room was spotless, well maintained and thoughtfully equipped. The location is quiet and elegant, yet handy for exploring central London, with attractions, restaurants and transport links all within easy walking distance. The team on site was amazing, including Antonio, Klaudia and the rest. Excellent stay, excellent, excellent.
