The Milestone

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding experience at The Milestone Hotel. From the planning stages through the wedding day, Emma and the whole team were incredible, going above and beyond so that my guests and I felt like royalty. Their customer service was unmatched. Planning from the United States meant depending on their advice, and they handled everything with such care, attention to detail, and professionalism that we always felt at ease. The celebration was magical, with stunning flowers, cake, and atmosphere. The pastry team even made a second version of our cake so we could take cake-cutting photos before our photographer left, then served the actual cake later. Such a thoughtful, seamless touch. We have memories from the day we'll cherish forever.

George at the front desk was especially helpful, going out of his way to help my husband find Victorian furniture and tile purveyors. The staff are the best part of the hotel. Our bed and pillows were comfortable, and the heated bathroom floors were a welcome comfort in the winter cold. Breakfast was tasty too. It's centrally located in a safe area, within walking distance of museums, shops, Wholefoods, and Starbucks.

The food and teas, along with the atmosphere and service, made my first afternoon tea a first-class experience. I chose the Milestone Hotel in London to celebrate a milestone birthday, and was glad I did. Even with my allergens, they offered me a variety of delicious sandwiches and cakes. They also made the day special by writing a birthday message on the dessert. Thank you.

This was my second stay at the Milestone, and it definitely won't be my last. The luxurious room and fancy lobby were both extraordinary, and the classically styled rooms felt cozy. The staff were professional, well trained, and knew how to look after guests. I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Special thanks to Mr Blake for the excellent service, and to the whole team.
