The Park Tower Knightsbridge

The building is clearly older and some facilities show their age, but it’s well maintained and still has the refined feel I’d expect from a Luxury Collection hotel. Cleanliness was good overall, though the suite could use more tableware. We appreciated how welcoming the hotel was to Marriott elite members, including the upgrade to the room type we’d hoped for. Check-in was smooth and welcoming. Lokesh was especially warm and professional, and another woman at the front desk mentioned she could speak a little Mandarin. The doormen were friendly and attentive, especially Edward, who gave excellent service throughout our stay. Turndown was thoughtful and well done. Jenish, who responded to this, even remembered my name, which surprised me. Many thanks to the reservations team and concierge for their professionalism and hospitality. We’d be happy to return.

The bed was so comfy, like sleeping on a cloud, and there were some lovely personal touches in the room. We stayed in London for Valentine’s night, and the staff were friendly and very accommodating. I’d requested decorations in the room, and they had them ready, which made the stay feel more special. Great location and a great experience all round. Thank you to all the staff for making it special.

The location wasn’t quite right for me, as I prefer staying around the Mayfair area, but it’s very close to Harrods and would be an excellent choice for anyone who wants to be nearby. I really liked the hotel and wouldn’t mind coming back. The staff at the door were especially friendly, kind and helpful. Reception was welcoming too, and I really appreciated the room upgrade. I also liked the nightly turndown, with a quick room refresh and complimentary treats.
