The Resident Soho

We paid a little extra for a king-size bedroom, which had plenty of room without being huge. The bed was comfy and it came with the usual toiletries and other touches, plus a nice coffee machine. Great location, pleasant staff and a clean, good room.

Our flight was cancelled and the weather was rough everywhere. We were exhausted, but the front desk changed the mood of the trip as soon as we walked into The Resident. Rohan, Ansh and the third gentleman, whose name I'm sorry I can't remember, were incredible. We were joking and laughing with them almost immediately, like we'd known each other forever. They were hilarious, upbeat and genuinely welcoming, just what we needed after a long, stressful travel day. We were the three guys who'd just had a hair transplant, so I'm pretty sure they'll remember us. Huge thanks to the front desk team for turning a rough day into a great experience and making our trip better.

The small street makes for quiet nights, and you can walk everywhere from this location. We stayed at The Resident SoHo over Christmas, and it's our favourite hotel and area after visiting many places in London. The rooms are modern and spotlessly clean, the bed and bath are excellent, and the ventilation is excellent too. We'll definitely return. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

There's a lovely wine reception every evening, and the little kitchenette was great, with complimentary tea and coffee. The room is small but well appointed. This place is a gem, with very friendly, helpful staff and a convenient location that's easy to explore on foot. I'll absolutely come back on my next London stay.
