The location was perfect, and the staff were delightful, helpful and friendly, from reception and the restaurant to housekeeping. The two housekeepers, Miyoka and her lovely aunt, were especially warm. At first, we were given a much smaller twin room than the one shown in the booking image. With our luggage, it was inconvenient, so we explained the issue and they sorted it out by moving us to a bigger room. The stay was amazing overall.

For a week in London, I wanted somewhere central so I could see as much as possible in a short time. This place is just outside Soho and leads right to Oxford St, with lots of areas within walking distance. It was a good deal for the location, and I’d stay again. The rooms were basic, and the bed was a little too firm for me. The shower had strong water pressure, and I loved the towel warmer in the bathroom. Housekeeping came daily but missed a few things; when I asked, they politely finished the service. Room service was fantastic, and the staff at the front desk, bar and restaurant were all very friendly and fun to chat with. The bar and restaurant were great. The complimentary English breakfast was the best part. The cocktail list was small, but I sometimes had a drink there before heading to the Soho bars.

We stayed in a junior suite, which was surprisingly spacious, really nice and clean, with a clean bathroom too. It had a safe, a larger minibar fridge, tea and coffee with a Nespresso machine, and comfortable beds, pillows, quilts and bedding. The hotel has a clean, welcoming entrance, a lobby bar and restaurant, and a lift to the rooms. I can definitely recommend it, right at the end of New Oxfordstreet. The staff were super friendly and helpful with anything we needed. There’s noise from the road outside, but it dies down later at night and didn’t disturb us in the morning.

We came for afternoon tea to celebrate a birthday, and the atmosphere was just right. The food was delicious and the teas were brewed perfectly. Raj, our host, was especially attentive to our requests and helped us promptly. All the staff were exceptional and welcoming. Thanks to everyone working on Sat 7 Feb. I highly recommend this place.
