The location was the only good thing. The rooms were tiny for the price, and although the design looked nice, there was barely room to move. There was no air conditioning or air circulation, and the cleaning was below average. I got an infection from the toilet, and I’ll sue them, I promise. I tried calling several times and emailed, but nobody replied. They didn’t seem to care about customers at all. Zero respect or tolerance for clients. For what they charge, this place is a complete joke. I strongly recommend staying anywhere else. The hotel needs to rethink its standards, staff training, and basic cleanliness. Avoid at all costs. If you want the wording harsher, more sarcastic, or more formal, I can rewrite it!

The location was great, but the apartment was very small. Even though it seemed quite new, everything looked cheap and worn. The sink was tiny, and the bed wasn’t very comfortable.

The website photos weren’t accurate at all. The room was so tiny we couldn’t even fit our suitcase, and there was no air conditioning or air circulation. Laundry sat in piles by the entrance for days. When we had a problem, it was hard to reach anyone, and they took 12 hours to message back. We ended up leaving and booking the Travelodge down the street, even though we’d already paid for this room. It was that bad. Don’t stay here.

We paid £515 for three nights, and it really wasn’t worth it. Our apartment was lovely, but we were put in a basement room with no natural light. The main problem was renovation noise from a room above us, from 8am to 5pm: drilling, hammering, and furniture being moved. We had to spend the days out to escape the noise and stress, even though we’d planned a quiet few days in London. It made the stay really stressful. Management didn’t respond to our email or WhatsApp calls, even after we sent recordings of the noise. Total disappointment. I highly recommend avoiding this accommodation.
