We only stayed one night, but it was a very nice experience. The service was prompt and polite, the room service was tasty, and breakfast was decent. The apartment was spacious, with a grand view of Tower and Tower bridge. The room felt a bit bare, with lots of white walls and not much on them. For a longer stay, though, it had everything you’d need, including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, stove and microwave. The elevator made some cranky noises, as if it felt overworked.

My parents had a great stay. Their room was super clean and it was very quiet despite the hotel being next to a busy road. It’s near two tube stations and Tower Bridge, with an easy walk, bus or tube ride to shoreditch. Julie was especially helpful to our family and warmly welcomed my parents. We’ll come back!

I needed somewhere at the last minute because of an emergency, and the staff were exceptional: professional, kind and sympathetic about my situation. The room was gorgeous, clean and large, with a wonderful view of tower bridge and tower of London. This will be my go-to sanctuary in London.

We had a wonderful stay in a clean, excellent room. Fresh still and sparkling water was brought daily, and the room was cleaned each day too. Alex B and Samir looked after us exceptionally well. Eli at the front desk was wonderful as well, and helped us get into our room early because we had an early flight. We’ll definitely be back.

The breakfast was nice, and the lady who greeted us was the warmest person we met during our stay. But for a birthday treat weekend, I was disappointed by how little the hotel felt like the advertised luxury, and I’m glad we were there for just one night. I’d booked a suite that was spacious and relatively clean, though the cupboard doors were bowed from water damage and the view was of train tracks. The photos look great, but the real place didn’t come across that way. I didn’t feel like I was in a five-star hotel.
