Travelodge London Barking

The manager and reception team were kind and attentive, and the facilities were well looked after. It was peaceful from the moment I arrived, and the hotel made my four-week trip memorable.

We came for a concert at the O2 and getting there was easy, about a 20-minute tube ride. Barking station is roughly a five-minute walk away, and there’s a Tesco Express directly below the Travelodge, so the location worked really well. The room was good for the price, just a standard Travelodge. Can’t complain, and we’ll look at staying here again next time we go to the O2.

The rooms had everything we needed, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming that we felt at home. Great hotel, and we’d definitely come back.

Don’t stay here. The hygiene was at zero, I couldn’t believe this was a hotel in England. I had to switch rooms three times because the bed covers hadn’t been changed and there was hair everywhere. In the last room, the duvet cover was hanging loose and covered in blood stains. Absolutely disgusting.
