The breakfast spread included toast, fruit yogurt, cheese, chicken, egg, croissants, tea and coffee. In the bathroom, there was a strange stain on the lamp by the mirror that was hard to miss. I spent two nights in Pasha's room and liked the bed, balcony and bathroom. The tube is five minutes away, then it’s about 15 to 20 minutes to central London.

The rooms are nicely decorated and breakfast was decent. Some of the staff were welcoming and friendly, while others weren’t. One Indian woman at reception was rather rude and could use more customer-facing training. The hotel itself is good.

There’s a secure car park for four spaces behind a locked gate, a short walk around the corner. You need to book it directly with the hotel in advance. The hotel is right in the middle of Earl’s Court, five minutes on foot from the train station. It’s quirky but nicely decorated, and the staff were pleasant, helpful and engaging at all hours.

There’s hardly room to move around the bed, which is much too large for the room. Two people weren’t comfortable in that space. The bathroom needs attention too: the shower floor and sinks were cracked, there was nowhere to put toiletries, and no plug for a hairdryer.

We didn’t stay and got no refund. This certainly isn’t a five-star hotel, three stars at best, and the room was very expensive for what it was. There were no facilities in the room. We looked at two other rooms, but neither was any better. I’ve never had a double bed with one side pushed against a wall before.
