The flat itself is lovely and looked like the pictures, and the Camden location was perfect. Still, I wouldn’t book through this company again. We had a two bedroom place for a week, but weren’t told it was four flights up on the top floor. The windows weren’t sealed well, so drafts came through nearly all of them and the flat stayed cold despite the radiators. Our host also took longer and longer to reply, going from under an hour before check-in to the next day afterward. There was confusion over key collection because the one-time code we got was also given to the cleaning staff. Then three strangers let themselves into the flat without warning, which was unsettling.

The main office staff were lovely, but I could never recommend staying here after what happened. They cancelled on the day I was due to arrive, without warning. I’ve never had such awful reception.

Our two-night Camden booking was cancelled on the day, after we’d already arrived in London. When we called to fix things, the person handling the call was extremely rude and hung up on us. We had to find a last-minute hotel and pay for it ourselves. DO NOT BOOK!

We were on our way to London a couple of days before the 2021 London Marathon when they cancelled our family reservation for no clear reason. I was running the Marathon for Children's Hospital Charity, and even after I explained that, they showed no concern, gave no straight answer, and spoke to us in a passive, horrible way. Then we found the rooms listed online again at a higher price. It looked like they’d cancelled on us to try to make more money. We were left in a really distressing situation. Absolutely disgusting service. Stay away from this company!

Well furnished and cosy, with all the kitchen appliances, plus a washing machine and dishwasher. It’s a great apartment in a great location.
