The location was brilliant, and the upstairs bar had lovely drinks and great views. Our room was spacious with lovely decor. The staff were amazing and helpful from arrival to departure, and they really spoiled me for my birthday. We don’t often get to celebrate like that as a couple, and they made it feel special. We stayed at the ned last year, and this was miles better. Thanks so much. We’d definitely stay again and recommend it to friends and family.

We came to London as a family for a christening at St Paul’s Cathedral, and the location was perfect, just a short walk from the river and where we needed to be. We arrived early, and the front desk team went out of their way to let us into our room so we could change for the ceremony. The little things for our girls made us feel especially welcome: flannels, bath sets for each of them, and a book. The room was incredible, breakfast was delicious both mornings, and the complimentary mini bar was much appreciated when we got back late and wanted a drink after the girls were asleep. Every staff member greeted us with warmth and smiles from the moment we stepped outside V&M. We felt genuinely welcome as a family, and it seemed they treat everyone the same. My husband and I would love to come back on our own. Thank you, Vintry & Mercer, we’ll be back!

The City location gives you a peaceful little base, especially on weekends, while keeping you close to the more touristy parts of London. For those of us who visit often, that calm is a real luxury. Our room was spacious and very quiet, with independent heating that worked perfectly and made no noise. The bed, materials, and amenities were all high quality, and every detail felt carefully thought through. From the first minute, Fabiana and the whole team made us feel at home. They were professional, warm, and clearly enjoy their work. I’ve worked in hospitality for years and honestly would hire them all. They have a great balance of efficiency and kindness. I’ll definitely be back and recommend it 100%.

The speakeasy bar downstairs had creative cocktails and a nice atmosphere. Our room was very quiet, with no noise from inside or outside the hotel. It was clean, housekeeping was great, the bed was comfortable, the shower was big, and there was plenty of bathroom surface space for our things. We had a standard double room, and it was just right. Room service coffee or single breakfast choices came very quickly most days, even though we hadn’t booked breakfast. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. It’s a beautiful, luxurious boutique hotel, less than five minutes from the tube and within a good walk of Tower Bridge and St. Paul’s Cathedral. I only had two small suggestions. The toilet seats seem to be wooden, which I personally don’t find very hygienic. They were very clean, but had water marks that probably can’t be removed. Also, there were no hooks in the room. The closet is big enough for a quick city trip, but I’d prefer a hook or small coat rack for winter coats. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it and come back on our next London visit.
