The basement room had a glass door opening onto an outside corridor full of old mattresses and bed frames. It gave me the impression the place is in transition. Still, the location is awesome, close to pubs and transport, and the hotel has basic amenities. Check-in was easy, and the front desk lady was enthusiastic and helpful. She offered us extra tea and cookies and gave us useful information about the Tube to the airport.

The staff were wonderful, and Zorro was especially kind to my husband and me. We had an excellent stay. The location was handy, close to a metro station, and the town is pretty. I’ll come back when I can visit London again.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the hotel is clean with good connections into the city. Just be aware the rooms are extremely small. There’s barely enough space for a double bed.

The managers, ms Ania and ms Kasia, were especially friendly, and the service was excellent. The rooms were clean too. Great spot, close to the subway, supermarkets and cafes.

I only need a place to sleep, so the room size was fine for me. Westbury had all the essentials, including a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The best part was the service. The lady at reception was so polite and made me feel welcome straight away. I’ll be back in the near future. David
