I come to London regularly for business and have stayed at quite a few hotels over the years, but lately I've been booking this one more often. The bed had a lot of hair on it, and the bedding was stained. Staff told me it was clean, just stained, and that the hair came from the cleaning ladies. Unless those ladies have dark beards, I'm not sure I buy that. The room itself was fine, though a bit cold with the wooden floor at first. It soon warmed up. I gave it three stars because, in my opinion, the bed wasn't clean, and the reviews suggest I'm not the only one who thinks so.

Adam at reception made our stay much better. He greeted us with a genuine smile and a warm welcome, then handled check-in quickly and smoothly. He also suggested local restaurants and attractions and went out of his way to accommodate a few special requests. It's rare to find someone so professional and friendly at once. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable, everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We had a wonderful time, and that personal attention at the front desk turned a good hotel experience into a great one. Highly recommend, especially if you value excellent service. I'll definitely be back!

Viktoria deserves special thanks. She was warm, professional and attentive, and her genuine care made a real difference. I had an amazing stay, with outstanding service from beginning to end. I'd highly recommend this hotel.
