The only little drawback was the room size. It was quite small, but the king-size bed was extremely comfortable. We also chose spa access, and the jacuzzi, swimming pool, and sauna were in a building just a two-minute walk away, which was very convenient and enjoyable. Breakfast was fabulous, with fresh products, lots of choice, and excellent quality. The service was outstanding throughout. For the quality of the facilities and services, the price was very reasonable and good value. I’d highly recommend the hotel and would definitely stay again on my next London trip.

Breakfast was really nice, with lots of homemade choices, and the breakfast room staff were great. The manager went out of their way to get our meal ready at 6.30, even though breakfast normally starts at 7, so we could leave on time for our return train. Everyone was super friendly and tried to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The bathroom had a great shower with properly hot water, which I appreciated after other hotels. If I visit London again, I’ll definitely stay at hotel Xenia.

I was asked whether I liked the room before it was assigned to me, which was a first for me. The room and bed were amazing, and the linens felt heavenly. From the moment I walked in, the staff, especially Hamail, did everything they could to make me feel welcome and make the stay more pleasant. I can’t recommend the hotel or the people who make it special enough.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, and the location is great. The welcome and hospitality from the team were exceptional, better than I’ve experienced in a while. The receptionist who checked me in was friendly and helpful, and so was everyone else. I’ll definitely be back.

I was delighted that the manager personally welcomed me and said goodbye. There were also some baked goods and a handwritten card waiting to welcome me for the holiday season, a lovely little touch. The hotel is clean, neat, and well equipped, even though the room was a basic london size. The staff were very polite, and the location is great. I’ll be back!
