The staff were always friendly, and the hotel has a relaxing atmosphere where you can rest without distractions. Check-in and checkout were quick, and the location is great. We did have to ask for extra towels every day. There were two of us and we needed more towels for our hair. We’ll come back for sure!

My cubicle was spacious, and the staff were friendly and helped us work through check-in when I was struggling with it. I found the experience nice overall, and the place looks modern and clean, with great staff and good security for getting into the rooms. The price was good too. It can get a little hot, as other people mentioned, but that didn’t bother me. The unisex bathrooms and showers made me uncomfortable, and some door locks and toilet seats were broken. The tissue holder was badly designed and hard to use, and there was an unpleasant smell in the bathrooms, showers and some communal areas. It wasn’t everywhere, and the air freshener made a few spots quite pleasant.

Vishali was amazing. Her warm, professional manner and positive attitude made me feel very welcome. The whole team was kind, helpful and empathetic, and I felt they genuinely cared about my comfort. My room was very clean, and the common areas were well kept, modern and pleasant to look at. The hotel had a calm, comfortable atmosphere. I had a wonderful stay and was very satisfied with the service. Many thanks to Vishali and the entire Zedwell Hotel team. I’d gladly stay again and recommend the hotel.

Great location, and the bed and bathroom were clean, with no bed bugs. That’s about all the room had: no chair, bedside table, hairdryer or window. The security door to my floor didn’t work, and from my room I could hear it closing every time. The place felt a bit stark when I arrived, so keep that in mind, but it’s convenient.
