Zedwell Knightsbridge

It was easy to walk to places, and both the hotel and staff were lovely. We could hear doors closing, though, despite being told the rooms were soundproof. Getting into bed meant climbing over the wood around the mattress. When I lowered my leg to get out, I scraped it against the frame and was left with a big bruise and a lump. I’d stay again, but the mattress should sit farther out from the wood.

Leela was superb from our first introductions to our goodbye. She handled every question easily and couldn’t have done more for us. The location is the best we’ve stayed at in London so far, with an easy walk to almost everything. We’ll definitely return.

Lila looked after us throughout our stay, always kind, attentive and helpful, and always smiling. Everything was perfect from start to finish. If we come back to London, we’ll stay here again.

The room was tiny, with just a double bed and a small bathroom, but the bed was very comfortable. There was no window or extra space to hang clothes. Still, it was impeccably clean and right in the heart of London. Lovely staff too. Thanks to Neveen for helping us with plugs and a hairdryer, and to Ola for checkout!
