Design Suites Lytham

The suite was spotless, well looked after, and set up nicely for a relaxed self catering stay. It's a modern designed appartment with lots of creature comforts, and the private parking is a big plus in busy, popular Lytham. Really nice place to stay.

We were booked for two nights but stayed an extra one because it was so comfortable. We ate out and got takeaway, and had everything we needed in the apartment, including a nice kitchen, a big King-size bed and a lovely large shower. There are six appartments, with two on the ground floor and ours on the top floor. The stairs were all lit, and parking was available at the front or back. Tea, coffee, water and fruit were left for us. There was also an ironing board and iron, hairdryer, filter coffee machine and microwave, plus a hob for two pans, though no oven. Towels were changed and bins emptied. The friendly housekeepers kept the whole place clean. It's within walking distance of everywhere, and we'll be back.

Getting in and out was effortless. The access code worked perfectly, so we didn't need keys or cards, and didn't have to worry about losing anything. The apartment itself was bright and spacious, with a great open plan layout, and it was modern, clean and really cosy. We appreciated the fruit bowl, cold bottled water in the fridge, ice in the tray, milk, tea, coffee, salt and pepper. It's convenient to reach Lytham centre by taxi, and we'd stay again.

Everything was well equipped for a lovely beach stay, and the rooms felt safe. The location is great, with restaurants, shops and bars all within walking distance. It was quiet at night too. We honestly can't think of anything bad to say, and we'll be back. I'd recommend it for families or couples.
