The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and decor, the food was excellent, and breakfast was outstanding. Everyone we met gave first-class service and seemed to take pride in their work, especially Kurtis. We were warmly welcomed on arrival, and our clean, well-kept room had comfortable beds and a good shower. The complimentary water and biscuits were a nice touch. The stay exceeded what we expected and was great value. Highly recommended.

The staff were the best part for me, polite, friendly and efficient. In my opinion, they make this hotel. It was spotlessly clean inside, though the outside doesn’t do it justice. The rooms are a little basic but comfortable, with what you need for a short visit. We had breakfast and dinner in the lovely restaurant, and both were 10/10. The health club was great, though the sauna wasn’t working. I’ve booked again for next weekend to enjoy the restaurant and health club, and hope the sauna is back in action.

We had a lovely girls’ birthday weekend at Orida hotel in Maidstone. The spa was busy, but Godfrey made it feel personal and was very pleasant and professional. Alicia gave us treatments that were absolutely amazing and really relaxing. Logan was friendly too, and after we mentioned one girl’s birthday while ordering, he brought out a plate of sweet treats with happy birthday on it. Our room was lovely and had been cleaned by Luana. On the way there, Mariya, one of the cleaners, gave us balloons a guest had left behind, which was perfect because we’d forgotten to bring any. Angela was friendly when she served us at checkout, and just as friendly again when we saw her at reception after breakfast. Breakfast was delicious and relaxed. The hotel has a great team, and we’ll definitely be back.

The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive throughout, and the location is very convenient. Breakfast was excellent, we enjoyed the evening meal, and our room was comfortable and kept clean. It does need some refurbishment or redecoration, though. Loud functions were the main drawback. One disturbed our sleep, especially since our room was opposite the ladies' toilet. We also couldn’t use the swimming and sports area. All in all, there was little else to fault, and we’d book here again when we’re in the area.

The health suite was clean and the service friendly. I also had an amazing massage and would totally recommend it. Breakfast was really nice, especially the good-quality sausages. It’s a lovely hotel, and the best one we’ve stayed at in Maidstone. The rooms are clean and spacious.
