Premier Inn Maidstone - Allington

I stayed for over six weeks and felt welcome and well looked after the whole time. The food in the restaurant was good, though sometimes a little cold. The meal-booking desk could use some attention too, as waits can get long and people leave. Those are my only negatives. Thanks to Jane Stacey Kyle Jamie Kate and the rest of the team. The Premier reception desk team were professional, helpful and accommodating. Thank you Bella Jess Peter and everyone else for looking after me. I’ve already forgotten some names. My only other complaint is that the fire alarm is very loud, lol. Have a good Christmas, guys, and thank you xx

The room was a good size, with an armchair, desk chair and desk, plus plenty of shelves for clothes. There was good lighting and plenty of plugs, though no USB ports. The shower worked well, and there were lots of towels. A hairdryer and kettle were provided, along with tea, coffee, sugar and milk. You can get refills and free light snacks, like a Rocky biscuit, at reception. Friendly reception staff too. We’d definitely stay again.

I come here every few months to see a friend nearby. This time I stayed for three days and the service was amazing. Thanks to Lucy, Bella, Peter, Edit and Rob on the night shift. The rooms were clean, and the cleaners were friendly. I’ll be back!

The staff were as nice and helpful as could be. The room was clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable, but it looked tired and needed a refresh, with paint peeling from the ceiling. The travel cot needed cleaning before use, and its mattress seemed too small. Next time, I’d bring our own.
