Breakfast had a good range of choices, though the vegetarian option wasn't for me. The room was nicely furnished, and the shower was good, with small individual toiletries. At night, extractor fans from other rooms were audible, and the smoke or carbon detector's green light was really bright. Bring a sleep mask!

Service was prompt and the room had a nice ambience, but I won't be back. I came in for a quick weekend breakfast and, with the place quite empty except for what looked like overnight guests, ordered eggs Benedict. The poached eggs were overdone, and the lukewarm dish was poorly presented. The sauce seemed like a thin, flavoured mayo from a bottle, definitely not homemade. Can the chef not make Hollandaise or poach an egg? It pretended to be something it wasn't close to. Wetherspoons would have been better value.

We booked a table for two and had a brilliant time. The service was amazing, and calling the food just “pub food” really doesn't do its quality justice.

We had a lovely time celebrating here. The staff were friendly and easy to approach, the food made us happy, and any problems were sorted out efficiently.

A bit of a hidden gem in Sale. The dining facilities were great, everything was very clean, and all the staff were friendly and efficient. The rooms were more than adequate, with comfortable beds and all the amenities. Really couldn't fault it, highly recommend.
