The room was clean, with fresh sheets and comfortable beds. I also liked the shower and the nice-smelling shampoo and body wash. The hotel assistants were lovely and helpful. For the price, it’s perfect, and there are plenty of places nearby. The town centre is a 5 minute walk away. I’d definitely recommend it for the location and would stay again.

The view from the hotel was amazing and one of the highlights for me. My room was spacious and comfortable, and the facilities had everything I needed. Breakfast was good, though I’d have liked more vegetarian options. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay and would consider coming back.

Paul greeted everyone at breakfast dressed as Buddy the Elf, which delighted us and the other guests. It was the most magical touch, and we hope you had a lovely 60th, Paul! The team were the real stars: pleasant, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond. The location is ideal and within walking distance of the city centre. Our room was clean and the beds comfortable, and breakfast was the usual continental/hot selection. We stayed last weekend and would definitely return.

The location is fantastic for exploring the city on foot, and there are lots of great places to eat nearby. The hotel was full when I stayed during the summer, but breakfast at the restaurant was still pretty nice. There was plenty to choose from each morning, and I could always find something I liked. The cupcakes were my favourite. I did find part of the rug in my room slightly damp on arrival, but the front desk staff apologized and dealt with it professionally.

Wathsala deserves a shout-out. During the busy breakfast period, she was attentive, handled my request straight away, and worked diligently. Breakfast itself was really good, with a varied selection. We enjoyed our two-night stay in Manchester, and the hotel was a good distance from the centre. Our room was clean, with good views from the 10th floor. We thoroughly enjoyed it.
