Holiday Inn - the niu, Loom Manchester North

I needed somewhere hassle-free while sorting something out at my parents’ house, and this did the job. It was clean and comfortable, close to the city centre, and handy for supermarkets, DIY shops, a launderette, and other places. Check-in and checkout were easy, and they let me extend checkout to 1pm. I then needed to stay another day, and they had a room available. There were lots of pillows and plenty of hot water, and the cozy room had temperature control/Aircon. The WiFi was fast enough for a full day of work.

We stayed here as a base for the Bad Omens concert on November 28th, and the location worked well. Both arenas, AO and Co-op, are relatively nearby, so it was easy to get around. The hotel itself is pleasant and has the standard amenities, with nothing especially extravagant but everything you need. The staff were welcoming, and Sasha was particularly helpful when we arrived.

The breakfast was really nice, with a good mix of hot and cold food, and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants close by. The hotel is also easy to reach from mamchester city centre, Man city, coop live, and other places. It has a sleek, urban design and feels like good value for the price. The staff were warm and helpful too. I recommend it.

The room cleaning stays consistently good, and so do the food and relaxed atmosphere. All the staff are kind and easy to approach. The lovely Manager is a pleasure to see again over the years, and Gabriella too. Customer service is excellent all round. Thanks to everyone!
