We stayed here to see Lady Gaga at Co Op Live and were really pleased with the visit. The walk there and back took an easy 30 minutes, and the route signs were visible just outside the hotel. It was quiet at night, so we slept well before getting up early for the train home. The hotel was clean, with modern rooms and comfortable beds. The bathroom had both an overhead and handheld shower, and came with soap, shower gel and body lotion. Check-in and checkout were smooth, with no problems during our short stay. I'd absolutely return next time I'm in Manchester.

The rooms were clean and bright, and the whole visit was lovely from check-in to checkout. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast had local options, and the staff were great at pointing out which foods suited our dietary needs.

We went to see the Tina Turner story at Palace theatre, which was about a ten-minute taxi ride away depending on traffic. Check-in was at 3pm, so we had drinks while waiting for the room. The check-in itself was quick, with simple instructions. Our room was spacious with plenty of towels and pillows, a great city view and a comfy bed. It was hot, but I could've adjusted the temperature controls if I'd thought of it at the time. We decided to treat ourselves to breakfast the next morning. For £10 per person, there were hot and cold drinks, pastries and cereals to start, plus a hot-food buffet. It was excellent and set us up for the day. Checkout was swift, just handing in the key card. I'd definitely stay again.

The hotel was spotless, from the chic lobby and dining areas to my room, which had a fresh atmosphere and contemporary design. It felt like a home away from home. The staff were professional and welcoming, and made check-in smooth. The location made it easy to get around. Manchester Piccadilly Station is a short walk away, and Manchester Metropolitan University, the University of Manchester, the main landmarks, shopping districts and the Northern Quarter are all within easy reach. It's a convenient choice for students visiting or for academic events. The price was very reasonable for a major city centre, especially for the comfortable, high-end experience. Leonardo Hotel Manchester Piccadilly is an outstanding option for business or leisure, with a good balance of modern comfort and location.

This was my second stay at the Leonardo Hotel, and I'll definitely be back. Everything was 10/10: the room was clean and spacious, with a mini fridge, an amazing shower and an onsite gym. The breakfast was so good, and as a Leonardo member I had complimentary checkout. The staff were attentive, professional, friendly and lovely. Dale and Malik went above and beyond, helping with my luggage and making sure I was taken care of. Great customer service.
