Premier Inn MAN Airport (M56/J6) Runger Lane North

The best part was the service. The staff were friendly, and the young woman at reception was amazing. We stayed one night to get easy access to the airport and would happily return. The meal deal was excellent value, with plenty of choice and nice food at both dinner and breakfast. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the shower good. What more do you need? Parking was reasonably priced for the location.

I ended up here after easyJet cancelled my flight, and it was very pleasant. There’s a £5 shuttle to and from T2, though walking is easy enough if you want to, about 25 minutes on pavement the whole way. The desk staff member was efficient and welcoming. The bathroom facilities were fine, and there was a TV and desk. Heating worked well, and the window opens enough to cool the room if needed. The beds were cosy and comfortable. You can’t hear the planes at all.

I had parking authorised, but reception said I didn't need to register my car until I was leaving. I forgot, and Horizon Parking fined me £60. If you're staying here, register your vehicle as soon as you arrive, and don't take no for an answer.

The staff were friendly and really helpful, and getting to the airport was convenient. The room heater was hard to manage, though. It was either too warm or too cool.
