The room was modern and clean, and the beds were so comfortable. I had the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a while. Breakfast was lovely too, with a good amount of choice. We really enjoyed our stay. All the staff were super friendly and happy to help. We’d definitely come back and would highly recommend it. Thanks, guys x

The room was nice, but there was a constant sound of running water through the wall next to the bed. It was concerning and made it hard to sleep. When I arrived, the two people on reception seemed unsure what they were doing and couldn’t answer some very basic questions. As a regular business traveller, I found the experience very strange. There are better options nearby, and I won’t stay here again.

We booked the Queen studio with sofa bed, and it was really clean and cosy. I’m usually not comfortable walking barefoot in hotels, but the staff had done a superb job cleaning the room. We were travelling with our 5 month baby, so having a kitchen in the room was really handy. We couldn’t get the hob working to boil water for the baby’s formula and eventually gave up, using the kettle instead. We’d normally avoid a hotel kettle, but this one was very clean, with no scaling issues. We asked how to operate the hob and someone came up. They weren’t allowed to demonstrate it, and tried explaining, but we didn’t bother with it after that. Breakfast and the pastries were good, and they even had halal sausages, which was a bonus. You can park on the street right in front of the hotel and pay at the machine, but it’s limited to 2hrs and costs £7+. The multistory near PureGym/Lidl/M+S is cheaper. We really enjoyed the stay, and the staff were amazing. Just a couple of small fixes needed in the room, like the peeling bathroom ceiling paint. Thanks, we’ll be back for sure!

Ali and Tehseen at reception helped us with the booking and checked whether we needed anything else. The room was quite spacious and, to our surprise, had a small kitchen. We slept peacefully, and the complimentary breakfast was good. It’s a nice hotel.
