The Cow Hollow Hotel

The front desk staff were great at suggesting places to eat and things to see, and the team were so sweet. We enjoyed chatting with them in the lobby. Our room was neat and tidy, cleaned daily, and everything felt clean. It wasn't very loud inside or outside. Free wine and snacks in the evenings, milk and cookies brought to bed, and breakfast in bed every night were lovely ways to finish the day. My only complaint is that the shower water never got very warm. Such an intimate hotel with amazing staff, well worth the stay!

The rooms are spotlessly clean and nicely done, though a little small with hardly any proper storage. That was fine for me travelling alone. The service at the Cow Hollow is hard to beat: the whole team are lovely, attentive and helpful, and do all they can for you. There are thoughtful extras too, like breakfast brought to your room, tea and coffee whenever you want, evening prosecco and nibbles, and delicious hot chocolate and cookies delivered upstairs. I'll definitely be back!

The room was a comfy double with some thoughtful extras, like sweets and earplugs, and room service and breakfast were fab. We booked a deluxe room directly with the hotel, which came with a gorgeous cocktail and prosecco each. The place is tiny, about as wide as our lounge, and a little hard to spot at first, but the welcome, vibe and location were great. We'd stay again.

The nibbles and prosecco waiting in the room when I arrived were a really nice touch. I was in Manchester for work, but now I’d like to come back with my wife and stay here. I rarely leave reviews, though this boutique hotel made an impression. Everything was clean, the rooms were nicely decorated, and the service was really good.
