What bothered us most was how unsupported we felt after reporting an incident we experienced as racist. Management seemed cooperative at first, but there was no real follow-up. We still have no idea whether the person involved was contacted, what was done, or how anything like this might be prevented. At first, we didn't think the incident itself was the accommodation's responsibility, but the silence afterward made us question whether it was being taken seriously. Guests should feel safe here, and this response damaged our trust. I wouldn't recommend staying. There were other problems too. The sofa bed sheets looked unclean, despite the room being mostly in order, and the bathroom water kept swinging from very cold to very hot.

Really lovely apartment, furnished beautifully, and the bed was super comfortable. They were quick to reply and great about any questions or requests. I'd definitely recommend it.

The entry code was completely wrong. It didn't match what I was sent in the app or the instructions on the sign, and I was locked out at night. I got no reply at all. I couldn't stay there and had to spend £40 on Uber rides to a friend's house. Still no response, and no refund. Absolutely disgusting!

Everything was very neat and clean. The cleaning team does a lovely job.

The location made this a really convenient stay, and there’s a small gym too. The apartments are lovely and quite new, so it seems they’re still figuring some things out. We were there for nearly months; with a stay that long, having an oven and freezer would have helped. Parking was limited and charged by the day, though an mk parking permit let you park nearby for less.
