My room was immaculate, the service was excellent, and the location was great. The room felt modern, and reception staff were friendly. I stayed for 2 nights while some workmates stayed 4. I'd forgotten my toothbrush charger; they didn't have one in lost property but tried really hard to find one. I lost a star because my company allows parking expenses, but parking is run by another company, so I had to pay and claim it back. The windows don't open and the air-conditioning minimum is 19c, so I had to sleep raw. I'd stay again, though it might not be my first choice because of those things.

The lakeside area is really pretty and lovely for a walk, and there's a small Sainsbury’s 2 mins away by car. The restaurant area was lovely and breakfast very good. The hotel was one of the nicest Premier Inn places we've stayed: the rooms are large and clean, as are all the public areas, which smelled fresh. The bed was really hard and not comfortable, though I was so tired that I slept OK. If you don't like a firm mattress, you might struggle. I'd stay here again.

We were here for 2 nights, and the staff are what make this place great. They were all genuinely sound, especially Janos, who was brilliant and super helpful. The room was seriously big and clean, and the bed was fantastic. It's right by the lake, lovely for a walk. Just remember to pay the parking charge straight away!

Loved the location by the lake, and the rooms were clean. Everyone on the team was lovely. We had a great stay, and Diana and Viktoria gave us a lovely welcome. Thank you!

We visited as a couple in early October and have good memories of this place. Premier Inn lived up to our expectations again. The service and breakfast were great, and the rooms, especially with a lake view, never disappoint. We'll definitely return to Premier Inn.
