Crowwood Hotel Glasgow

The reception staff were all friendly and professional, and the hotel was decent overall. I was there with a German travel group, sharing a comfortable, very nice room and bathroom with my partner. Cleanliness in the rest of the room could have been better. It seemed they made the beds and changed the towels, but didn't vacuum the room or bathroom during our stay.

The girls bringing our Friday night restaurant meal were great, but the woman who took our order was abrupt and very rude. There was also a strong cannabis smell in the corridor by our rooms. I reported it to reception and nothing was done. We were in town for a family wedding in late October. The rooms were clean and tidy, though very dated, and the £10 breakfast wasn't worth the money.

We booked at the last minute and were surprised by the restaurant. The Indian food was the best we've ever had, and the prices were very reasonable. It's clearly popular, so I'd book ahead. The staff were friendly, and our room was clean, comfortable, and just right.

The restaurant food was amazing and good value when we bought it before 6pm. Our room was clean and much quieter than expected. It's a good value hotel on the outskirts of Glasgow.
